The Blue Moon Retreat will be a weekend that will get your new year off to a clean clear start.
January 31, 2018
We will begin with a phone call on the Wednesday of the Blue moon, January 31st to get everyone off to a great start. This will be a short call to get you thinking about a few of the things we will be working on throughout this weekend.
Friday, February 6th
Friday when you arrive we will get you settled into your room and have a relaxing evening getting to know each other and enjoying a fire, drinks and a fun desert. Make sure you have dinner before you come. We will end the day with a meditation and the gong. This is time to relax where nothing is expected of you before you settle in for the night.
Saturday, February 7th
Saturday we will start off with a healthy breakfast and move into a forty-five minute yoga class. Don’t worry you don’t need to be an expert it will be gentle and will accommodate beginners and the more advanced.
As we move into the bulk of the day you will be filled with opportunities to look back at 2017 and forward at the year to come. A true time to see clearly where your energies were focused and what you’d like to shift going forward. We will spend time inspiring your creativeness, looking at parts of yourself, experiencing the horses and getting to know each other.
Saturday evening we will wind down with another healthy meal, a fire and a half hour massages for those who would like.
Sunday, February 8th
Sunday will give everyone an opportunity to get a slow start, sleep in a bit,and once again start the day with a good healthy breakfast. Everyone will have the opportunity to finish up anything they would like that they worked on over the weekend, pack up and say your good byes.
You will leave feeling refreshed and ready to fill your year with an enthusiastic energy.
