Soulful Horse, Yoga, Meditation & Gong

Our beginner yoga class with meditation and gong is a safe place to come and try out yoga whether you're an experienced yogi or it's your first time. No experience needed.

This year We will be hosting guest yoga instructors for each class. Read their individual bio below. (Coming soon.)

All classes will take place in the arena or an outdoor pasture with three to five horses. You'll be inside a fenced pen to keep the horses at a safe distance yet close enough for you to enjoy their peaceful energy.

Horses move through the world with a beautiful balanced vibration. Spending time in their presence opens us to the space of experiencing the impact energy has on our well being.

Time: 6:45 pm - 8:30 pm (we will begin promptly at 6:45)
Location: Soulful Prairies, 4706 Alden Rd, Woodstock IL 60098

6:45 - 7:00 sign in, settle in, meet the horses and take photos
7:00 - Phones away - yoga begins
7:50 - Move into mediation and Gong
8:20 - Time with the horses and to take photos
8:30 - Leave rejuvenated

Each class is $35

Attendees at all Soulful Prairies events must sign a Release Waiver and a COVID-19 Waiver. Before you register, we ask that you sign each waiver. Please click the button below. You are holding a spot, so reservations for this event are nonrefundable.

Linda Kent Bruce
Linda owns and runs Soulful Prairies. Her passion is bringing humans and horses together to create an environment of discovery while finding the healing powers that exist within each of us.
Katie O'Shaughnessy
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, Katie turned to yoga for healing. This ignited her interest in yoga and set her on a path to teaching. Katie completed a 200-hour yoga certification in May 2016. Katie now teaches Hatha yoga and stand up paddle board yoga, and she loves helping people find joy in moving their bodies.
