Soulful Prairies has hosted a variety of events including equine clinics, private and corporate retreats, fundraisers, and meetings. In addition to our gorgeous prairie space, we also have clean and comfortable accommodations on-site for groups or individuals who would like to stay for more than one day. This eighty-acre parcel has much to offer. Thirty acres are now in the Land Conservancy which means these areas offer native wildlife and plant life, some of which are endangered. Five acres are fenced for the horses, it is always fun to stop and have a chat with one of them if you are out and about.
A walking and riding path sweeps the edge of the property. The buildings surround a grassy flat area perfect for hosted events. Don’t forget to take a nap in one of our hammocks. There is also a beautiful overlook where you can kick back and watch the birds and other wildlife over the pond. The croak of our resident bullfrog is not to be missed.

The arena is 80’ x 160’ with a brick-paved entrance and a sand-base floor. The white-fabric ceiling filters light, creating a bright and cheerful indoor environment.
Windows run the length of the building on both sides and there are large, sliding doors at either end. The windows are kept open throughout the warm-weather months to increase ventilation and to connect the indoor arena to the outdoor environment.
The arena is a place to ride, work with clients, hold group sessions and parts of retreats, as well as to work with horses. The space can host events and, on occasion, a band for fundraisers. String lights have been woven through the rafters, creating a unique twilight effect after dark.
