1:1 Sessions
I recommend a package of at least four sessions but am open to customizing your experience. Equine Gestalt Sessions are held on the farm in the company of the herd. During the first farm visit, I will get you acclimated to the property and introduce you to the horses and other farm critters. We may end up in a pasture with the herd or in the indoor arena with a horse or two.
You do not need to have a background in horses to partake in this experience. Your comfort level with the horses will always be taken into consideration and is part of the growth process.

Couples Sessions
Relationships are complicated and can get muddled, bringing us to a place of frustration and confusion. Sometimes we need to slow down and regroup to find our way back and keep things on track. If you are feeling lost, alone, angry, or stagnant in your relationship, taking the time to see your partner from a place of understanding can shift and change your perspective.
Adding the horses into your couple's session enhances the experience of finding balance and staying present in your heart. Self-awareness is everything. As you begin to find clarity, feelings and answers are more easily accessed.

Immersive Retreats
The immersive experience was created to offer individuals the space to work on a deep level consistently throughout the time the client is at Soulful Prairies.
This is an opportunity to disconnect from everyday life, allowing for time to process and reflect between sessions.
Spend 2 or 3 nights in the Cabin on the Prairie while experiencing extended Equine Gestalt sessions of 2 ½ – 2 ¾ hours with Linda during the day for individuals or couples. Between sessions, enjoy time to reflect, relax and enjoy the 80-acre property, operating barn with horses and pastures, conservancy pond and viewing station.

Customized Small Groups
Gather your friends or family, for a powerful, customized Equine Gestalt retreat. The experience provides a therapeutic space to explore, gain greater insight, and awareness of each other. Guided by Linda and supported by the Soulful Prairies herd, participants will engage in meaningful exploration of emotions, behaviors, and relationships to promote healing and enhance closeness.
Linda will connect with you to create a meaningful retreat, whether it be with a particular goal in mind or the desire to connect through the Equine Gestalt process.
Ideal for smaller groups up to 12 participants.
Half-day, full-day and multi-day retreats with extended overnight accommodations are available.
