2 Night Package
- Pricing starts at $2,850 for up to 10 guests
- Friday arrival 4:00 PM, Sunday departure 11:00 AM
3 Night Package
- Pricing starts at $4,250 for up to 10 guests
- Thursday arrival 4:00 PM, Sunday departure 11:00 AM
4 Night Package
- Pricing starts at $5,700 for up to 10 guests
- Wednesday arrival 4:00 PM, Sunday departure 11:00 AM
- Pricing above is for up to 10 guests, retreats can accommodate up to 14 guests for an additional charge.
- Maximum number of overnight guests, 14 including host
- Additional “day only” guests may be included for an additional charge
- Guest Suites and Cabin accommodations included
- Barn Loft access included
- Prairie Grounds access included
Payments & Other Terms
Rental & Services
- 50% of Rental & Services due at contract signing
- 50% of Rental & Services and remainder of any additional contract charges due 30 days before event
Security/Damage Deposit
- 25% of Rental & Services due at contract signing
Cancellation Fee
- 25% of Total Retreat Cost is non-refundable
- 25% of Total Retreat cost refundable if more than 75 days from Retreat
- No refunds can be made if 75 days or less from Retreat
Certificate of Insurance
- Retreat host to provide Certificate of Insurance naming Soulful Prairies as additional insured 30 days ahead of event
Waivers
- All guests will be required to complete Waivers electronically before arriving on the Prairie
