Fostering Answers Within
Equine Gestalt and Reflection Dates are created based on registration
Equine Gestalt and Reflection retreats offer an opportunity to experience Equine Gestalt therapy in both personal and group sessions, side by side with the horses, by providing support in uncovering and processing personal insights. These retreats are established when there is enough interest to fill a retreat and can be customized for the needs of the group.
Consisting of a five-day, four-night stay, participants experience four group sessions and a minimum of two individual sessions with time to connect with other guests throughout the week. While embarking on a journey of self-discovery, participants gain awareness of how past trauma may impact the present. Equine Gestalt therapy techniques address the trauma and reveal new perspectives on healing. The schedule also allows for time to reflect and relax amidst the tranquil surroundings of the prairie.
This is an experiential process and horses are at free will to interact with clients throughout the session. No horse or riding experience necessary.
A virtual meeting is held prior to the retreat to meet other guests, ask questions, and gather more information from the participants. Additionally, a post-retreat virtual meeting will be held to reconnect with the participants and reflect on the insights gained from the retreat.

The premise of Equine Gestalt is that we hold our own answers within and we are completely whole as we presently are. Linda’s Equine Gestalt Practice allows clients to tap into their innate sense of who they are, through awareness. Often, unfinished business from an individual’s past can continue to create a reactionary state within. Through the experiential Equine Gestalt process, this energy can be transformed and clients find the freedom to reconnect with their own inherent truth and wisdom.
