Immerse yourself in the balancing energy of the horses
Horses move through the world with a beautiful and balanced vibration. While meditating in their presence to the sound of the gong, the horses bring participants into a space of wellbeing.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or it’s your first time, Horse, Yoga, Gong + Meditation is a safe place where all levels are welcome.
Details:
- Event is held in the arena
- Wear appropriate clothing as the arena is not heated or air-conditioned
- Maximum attendance – 30
- Bring yoga mats, props and a blanket, if needed
- This event can be conducive to older children; however, we ask that all attendees honor the experience of the event by maintaining a peaceful and tranquil environment.
Facilitators

Linda Bruce (spring & fall)
Linda owns and runs Soulful Prairies. As an Equine Gestalt Practitioner, her passion is bringing humans and horses together to create an environment of self-discovery. When she is not seeing clients, she offers other healing services to the visitors at Soulful Prairies. Learn more about Linda here!

Colleen Kuemmel (Spring)
Colleen is a 500-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher with additional training in Ayurveda, meditation, and mindfulness. For the past seven years, she has shared her practice with communities across the globe. Her teaching emphasizes inner exploration and embodied awareness, offering space for movement, stillness, and breath. Colleen currently teaches yoga and meditation at Cook County Prison, where she is honored to hold space for healing and resilience.

Jen Wilder (Fall)
Jen has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in 2021 and since has received extra certification to become a trauma-informed yoga teacher. She specializes in regulating the nervous system through a therapeutic somatic approach to yoga. Her journey began to heal severe whiplash and chronic pain by turning to yoga, and soon realized that the mental and emotional benefits were just as healing. After 10 years practicing as a licensed massage therapist her passion started to shift into helping people take control of their own healing journeys.

Given that our events typically involve small groups and each reservation holds a limited spot, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend.
